About the RoleJoin Macmahon Underground as a Project Manager and play a pivotal role in delivering high-performing underground mining operations, leading and inspiring teams to execute large-scale projects safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead the safe, efficient, and profitable delivery of underground mining projects, ensuring performance targets are achieved.
• Oversee contract management processes to maximise financial performance while identifying and mitigating operational risks.
• Build and maintain effective client relationships, ensuring operational activities align with contract requirements and client expectations.
• Drive compliance with all underground mining legislation, safety standards, and company policies.
• Monitor project performance, budgets, forecasts, and KPIs, implementing corrective actions where required.
• Coordinate resources, personnel, and equipment to optimise productivity and project outcomes.
