About You
We are looking for someone with:
Proven Project Management experience within construction, building safety, fire protection, remediation or a related sector.
Experience managing projects from mobilisation through to completion.
A strong understanding of construction project delivery, programming and site operations.
Experience coordinating directly employed teams and subcontractors.
Strong client and stakeholder management skills.
A good understanding of health and safety, quality and compliance requirements.
Experience managing project costs, variations and commercial considerations.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent attention to detail and a structured approach to project management.
The ability to identify risks and resolve issues proactively.
The ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a wider team.
A strong commitment to quality, safety and compliance.
Relevant construction or project management qualifications would be advantageous.
Why Join Us?
This is an opportunity to join a growing building integrity business and play an important role in delivering safe, compliant and practical solutions for clients across the UK.
You will work across a varied portfolio of projects, collaborating with specialist teams across Compliance, Commercial, Operations and Delivery.
At Isoler, we support projects throughout the full lifecycle — from understanding the initial requirement and planning the solution through to delivery, certification and completion.
For the right candidate, there will also be opportunities to develop your knowledge and expertise across the wider building safety and remediation sector, with training and development supported where required.
If you have strong project management experience, excellent organisational and communication skills, and the ability to take ownership of projects from start to finish, we would like to hear from you.
