Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed and accurate construction estimates
• Collaborate with clients, architects, and subcontractors to develop project scopes and budgets.
• Negotiate pricing and contract terms to secure favorable agreements while maintaining quality standards.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely completion of projects.
• Review project plans, specifications, and drawings to identify potential risks or discrepancies.
• Oversee procurement processes, including sourcing materials and subcontractors.
• Monitor project progress, prepare reports, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies on all projects.

Requirements

• Proven experience in construction estimating and project management within the construction industry.
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to secure competitive pricing without compromising quality.
• Excellent understanding of construction processes, materials, and pricing strategies.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills for liaising with clients, vendors, and team members.
• Knowledge of safety standards and regulatory requirements in construction environments.
• Relevant education or certifications in construction management or related fields are preferred but not mandatory.
