Your main responsibilities are: Be responsible for project management for the projects under the lean delivery model; Interfacing with sales and sales engineers to understand the contract requirement; Interacting with the internal stakeholders such as engineering, planning, logistics, trade finance for the smooth execution of a project; Be the main contact with external customers for the delivery of a project and resolve any issues that may pop up during the project phase; Other tasks assigned by line manager. You will shine in this role when you have: Bachelor of Engineering or above. 8~10 years related working experiences in international companies, preferably in marine industry. Candidates with over five years’ experience managing marine automation projects are preferred. Excellent leadership, team development, communication skills. Proactive, self-motivated, teamwork mindset. Hard working, demonstrating strong accountability. Excellent oral and written communications skills in English and Mandarin. Why you and us
