Project Manager

Job Responsibilities

• Plan, control, and monitor project operations to achieve defined goals.
• Develop work schedules, allocate resources, and manage project budgets.
• Manage and coordinate with internal teams as well as partners/suppliers to ensure smooth execution of projects.
• Communicate and provide regular project progress reports to management and clients.
• Ensure quality of work meets standards and complies with client requirements.
• Identify project risks and develop corrective or preventive action plans.
• Maintain and manage project-related documentation such as TOR, proposals, progress reports, and handover documents.
• Prepare project closure reports and evaluate outcomes to improve future processes.

Professional Experiences

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in project management (experience in energy, telecommunications, or technology solutions business will be an advantage).
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and standards such as PMP, Agile, or PRINCE2 (professional certifications will be considered a plus).
• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and report preparation.
• Strong presentation skills with the ability to communicate clearly with executives and clients.
