  • Track project timelines, budgets, deliverables, and pending actions, escalating delays or risks where required.
  • Review photos, videos, reports, and site updates to monitor workmanship, progress, and completion quality.

  • Support hotel and property operational improvement projects while minimising disruption to ongoing business operations.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Relevant experience in project coordination, refurbishment, construction, maintenance, fit-out, or property improvement works.

Key Skills

  • Good understanding of refurbishment, maintenance, and property improvement works.
  • Ability to read basic drawings, layouts, site photos, videos, and technical information.
  • Strong coordination, follow-up, reporting, and documentation skills.
  • Good working knowledge of MS Excel, project trackers, and reporting formats.
  • Ability to identify risks, delays, quality issues, and incomplete work early.
  • Practical problem-solving ability with strong attention to detail.

  • Work Mode: This is an office-based role. However, employees will work from home until further notice, as per company instructions.
  • Working Hours: As per company policy, with flexibility required for UK project coordination when needed.
  • Salary Range: 3.6 LPA - 4.8 LPA, depending on experience and capability.

Key Performance Indicators
