Project Manager

Role Purpose

To ensure timely openings of franchise and company-owned stores, enforce compliance across all requirements, and aggressively resolve overdue franchise accounts. The role protects revenue, reduces AR, and accelerates the company’s expansion timeline through strong execution and follow-through.

Key Responsibilities

Franchise Store Opening Management

• Manage the end-to-end opening process for 35–40 franchise stores yearly.

• Coordinate with Construction, Operations, HR, Parts, and Finance. • Ensure franchisees complete all requirements and payments.

• Conduct site visits and escalate delays immediately.

• Certify readiness for Operations turnover and release of the final 50% franchise fee. • Document deviations and unauthorized promises.

Company-Owned Store Project Management

• Track payments, contractor timelines, equipment deliveries, utilities, and permits.

• Follow up with Finance and vendors to avoid delays.

• Maintain a master tracker of all company-owned stores.

• Conduct site visits and provide weekly updates to the GM and CFO.

• Reduce delays related to payment processing and supplier coordination. Accounts Resolution & AR Enforcement

• Follow up on ₱7.4M delinquent franchise fees and ₱600k closed-store AR.

• Coordinate directly with Legal for demand letters and small claims filings. • Prepare documentation packets for all legal actions.

• Conduct field visits for collection and compliance enforcement, when necessary • Maintain AR and escalation logs with weekly updates. Reporting and Administration • Maintain trackers for franchise openings, company-owned stores, AR, and small claims.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php45,000.00 - Php50,000.00 per month
