Project Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage overall project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure delivery against approved baselines.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential delays, and coordinate corrective, recovery, or acceleration actions.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and activities across Electrical, Mechanical/HVAC, Fire Protection, Civil/Structural, and Architectural disciplines.
• Manage relationships and alignment with consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal/external stakeholders.
• Oversee site quality, HSE compliance, inspections, and regulatory adherence.
• Manage project risks, mitigate cross-functional issues, and escalate critical matters to senior management.
• Lead project progress reporting, testing & commissioning coordination, and project close-out/handover.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, Control Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Min. 7 years of professional experience in project management, construction, engineering, or data center operations.
• Min. 3 years of experience as a Project Manager or Assistant Project Manager.
• Proven experience managing medium to large-scale data center / mission-critical projects through all project phases.
• Experience working in live/operational data center environments is preferred.
• Strong expertise in Data Center Project Management & Engineering/Construction standards.
• Proficient in Microsoft Project / Primavera P6, AutoCAD, MS Visio, MS Office (familiarity with ETAP is a plus).
