Project Manager

Project Manager Opportunity | Salem, NH

We are currently working with a respected Owner's Project Management firm that's looking to add an experienced Project Manager to their team.

This is a great opportunity for someone with a background in construction management, owner's representation, architecture, or engineering who enjoys being involved in every phase of a project—from early planning and design through construction and occupancy.

The role will have you:

• Managing budgets, schedules, and project execution

• Acting as a trusted advisor to clients

• Coordinating with architects, engineers, contractors, and public agencies

• Leading project meetings and keeping stakeholders aligned

• Helping guide projects to successful completion

They're looking for someone with:

✅ 5+ years of relevant project management experience

✅ Strong construction, budgeting, scheduling, and contract knowledge

✅ Excellent communication and leadership skills

✅ Experience managing multiple projects and priorities

Experience with municipal, educational, institutional, or public-sector projects is a big plus.

This is a full-time, in-office position based in Salem, NH, with the chance to work on meaningful projects throughout New Hampshire and Massachusetts while being part of a collaborative, growing team.
