About Thatcher Foundations

For 80 years, Thatcher Foundations has been shaping the ground beneath some of Chicago's most iconic landmarks. What sets Thatcher apart isn't just the work, it's the people. The organization is built on a close-knit, collaborative culture where employees are known and valued, not just another name on a roster. That commitment to its people shows: many team members have built long, 20 to 30 year careers with the company, a strong signal of the trust and stability Thatcher offers.

Thatcher's leadership and key personnel bring deep technical expertise to every project, which has driven innovative design-build solutions and specialized equipment developed in house.
