Project Manager

WE ARE HIRING: PROJECT MANAGER
Coinbox Limited is recruiting on behalf of a reputable real estate company to fill the position of a Project Manager. We are seeking an experienced and highly organized professional to oversee real estate projects from planning through completion.
The successful candidate will coordinate contractors, vendors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to required quality standards. Location: Ikoyi, Lagos (Must be willing to work in this location)

Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: ₦250,000 Monthly

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Project Oversight: Plan, coordinate, and oversee real estate development and renovation projects.
• Planning: Develop project schedules, budgets, timelines, and work plans.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate contractors, artisans, suppliers, consultants, and other stakeholders.
• Timeline Management: Monitor project progress and ensure deadlines are met.
• Site Inspections: Conduct regular site inspections and provide progress reports.
• Problem Solving: Identify and resolve project delays, risks, and operational challenges.
• Budget Control: Monitor project costs and ensure spending remains within approved budgets.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure work meets required quality, safety, and company standards.
• Contractor Management: Review contractors' work and ensure agreed specifications are followed.
• Documentation: Maintain proper project documentation and records.
• Reporting: Provide regular updates to management on project status and challenges.
• Handover: Coordinate project handover and completion activities.

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:

• Education: Bachelor's degree / HND in Project Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Building Technology, Estate Management, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years' relevant project management experience, preferably in real estate, construction, property development, or renovations.
• Core Skills: Strong knowledge of project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and coordination.
• Tools: Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and project management tools.
• Interpersonal Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and negotiation abilities.
• Execution: Ability to manage contractors, vendors, and multiple projects simultaneously under pressure with strong attention to detail.
• Certification: PMP certification or other relevant professional certification is an added advantage.

Pay: From ₦250,000.00 per month
