What they need
. At least 12 years of project delivery experience, including complex technology or business transformation programmes.
Life Insurance or financial-services delivery experience and familiarity with policy administration, digital, integration or regulatory projects
Develop and maintain the integrated project plan, milestones, resource view and governance calendar.
Track scope, actions, risks, issues, dependencies, decisions and change requests to closure.
Coordinate business, technology, testing and vendor activities and identify schedule or resource conflicts.
Prepare status reports, steering materials, meeting packs and decision papers.
Facilitate project meetings and ensure minutes, owners and due dates are accurately recorded.
Support financial, resource and vendor-delivery tracking, and escalate deviations promptly.
