Project Manager

• Manage end-to-end store construction and development projects.
• Coordinate civil work, interiors, electrical, plumbing, signage, furniture, and other store requirements.
• Identify, evaluate, negotiate with, and manage vendors, contractors, and suppliers.
• Obtain and compare quotations and ensure cost-effective procurement.
• Prepare and monitor project timelines, budgets, and execution plans.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
• Conduct regular site visits and ensure work is completed as per quality and design standards.
• Monitor project progress and resolve execution-related issues.
• Ensure timely completion and handover of stores within approved budgets.
• Maintain proper documentation, vendor records, quotations, and project reports.
• Coordinate multiple store projects simultaneously across different locations.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
