Job Summary

Veloche is looking for an experienced and highly organized Project Manager to plan, coordinate, and successfully deliver projects from initiation through completion.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing project timelines, resources, budgets, teams, contractors, vendors, and clients while ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, professionally, and in accordance with required quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and manage projects from start to completion.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, timelines, and milestones.
• Coordinate with clients, management, engineers, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Monitor project progress and ensure all activities are completed within agreed timelines.
• Manage project resources, manpower, materials, equipment, and subcontractors.
• Review project requirements, drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
• Monitor project budgets, costs, quotations, purchase orders, and expenses.
• Identify potential project risks, delays, and issues and take appropriate corrective action.
• Conduct regular project meetings and provide clear updates to management and clients.
• Prepare project progress reports, presentations, trackers, and documentation.
• Ensure proper communication between all project stakeholders.
• Coordinate procurement and ensure required materials and services are available on time.
• Monitor the performance of contractors and suppliers.
• Ensure projects comply with company procedures, client requirements, quality standards, and applicable regulations.
• Coordinate inspections, testing, handover, and project close-out activities.
• Maintain proper project records, documentation, approvals, and correspondence.
• Handle project-related issues and escalate critical matters to senior management.
• Ensure successful project completion within the agreed scope, budget, quality, and timeline.
• Perform other project-related duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of proven project management experience.
• UAE experience is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of project planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting.
• Experience coordinating with clients, contractors, consultants, suppliers, and technical teams.
• Strong leadership and team-management skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and MS Project or equivalent project management software.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
• UAE driving license is an advantage.
