Project Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end execution of residential construction projects from planning to project handover.
• Prepare and monitor project schedules to ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP consultants, contractors, and vendors.
• Lead and supervise site engineers and project teams to ensure efficient project execution.
• Ensure construction activities are carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
• Review BOQs, project budgets, billing, and cost control measures.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with company standards.
• Coordinate with procurement and planning teams for timely availability of materials and resources.
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, safety norms, and local authority requirements.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly project progress reports and present updates to management.
• Resolve technical, operational, and project-related issues efficiently.
• Ensure smooth project completion and timely handover to the customer.

Preferred candidate profile

• Strong experience in managing high-rise residential construction projects.
• Excellent knowledge of construction methodologies, RCC works, finishing works, and project execution.
• Strong understanding of project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and cost control.
• Experience in contractor management and resource planning.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and team management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
