Project Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Project Manager Interior Design & Execution to lead end-to-end interior fit-out projects. The candidate will be responsible for project planning, execution, coordination, quality, timelines, cost control, and client management while ensuring successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end interior fit-out projects from planning to final handover.
• Prepare and monitor project schedules, milestones, manpower, materials, and resources.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, consultants, vendors, contractors, and internal teams.
• Review and coordinate design drawings, BOQ, specifications, shop drawings, and site requirements.
• Ensure execution is as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project timelines.
• Monitor project progress and take corrective actions to avoid delays.
• Manage site teams, subcontractors, vendors, and other project stakeholders.
• Track project costs, material consumption, variations, and additional work.
• Coordinate procurement and ensure timely availability of materials at site.
• Conduct regular site meetings and prepare daily/weekly/monthly project reports.
• Identify project risks, technical issues, and execution challenges and provide timely solutions.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and site-specific requirements.
• Review work measurements, RA bills, vendor bills, and subcontractor work progress.
• Manage snagging, rectification, testing, commissioning, and final handover.
• Maintain proper project documentation and records throughout the project lifecycle.
• Handle client communication and provide regular updates on project status.
• Ensure projects are completed within the approved time, cost, scope, and quality parameters.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of interior fit-out and project execution.
• Excellent project planning and coordination skills.
• Good understanding of civil, architectural, MEP, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and finishing works.
• Knowledge of BOQ, estimation, billing, rate analysis, and quantity measurement.
• Strong vendor/subcontractor management skills.
• Good knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office; knowledge of MS Project / Primavera will be an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work under project deadlines.
• Strong reporting and documentation skills.

Qualification

Bachelor's/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
