Project Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Project Manager to lead and oversee projects from initiation through completion. This role is vital in coordinating multidisciplinary teams, managing project schedules, budgets, and ensuring compliance with all regulations.

The ideal candidate will bring a proactive approach to project leadership, utilizing advanced construction management software and technical expertise to deliver projects on time, within scope, and aligned with client expectations.

Duties

• Lead the planning, execution, and closing of projects
• Develop detailed project schedules using management software, coordinating construction schedule activities effectively
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and clients to facilitate seamless communication and project progress
• Lead project teams by assigning tasks effectively, managing timelines via project scheduling tools, and fostering a collaborative work environment

Experience

• Proven experience managing large projects from start to finish
• Demonstrated ability to manage teams in a fast-paced management role with excellent leadership skills
• Prior experience reading blueprints/schematics accurately for project planning purposes
• Effective time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously

Pay: From $75,000.00 per year
