POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a senior Project Manager with 10 to 15+ years of experience leading and managing complex projects. In this senior role, the Project Manager will provide strategic direction, leadership, and mentorship to project teams while ensuring successful project delivery. The ideal candidate will have strong project management expertise, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams in dynamic project environments.

Note: Candidates must have experience with Monday.com and a PMP certification.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead project planning, scheduling, and budgeting while overseeing the efficient allocation of resources.
• Define and manage project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop and implement comprehensive risk management strategies to proactively address project challenges.
• Monitor and control project progress, maintaining accurate project documentation and providing regular reports to executive management.
• Manage stakeholder communication and expectations, ensuring project alignment with organizational goals.
• Apply advanced project management methodologies, innovative approaches, and continuous improvement strategies.
• Lead and coach project management teams, sharing industry expertise and best practices.
• Provide strategic direction and leadership throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead multidisciplinary project teams and ensure effective collaboration across functions.
• Manage projects that have a direct impact on organizational strategies and business objectives.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's or master's degree in project management, business, engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of project management experience, with a proven track record of managing and delivering complex projects.
• Advanced knowledge of project management principles, methodologies, and software.
• Strong experience using Monday.com for project management and collaboration.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills.
• Ability to adapt to dynamic project environments and lead multidisciplinary project teams.
• Strong experience managing projects that impact organizational strategies.
• Proven ability to manage project scope, budgets, timelines, resources, risks, and deliverables.

CERTIFICATIONS

• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is required.
• Advanced certifications and specializations are highly preferred.
