What are your main tasks you can expect?

• 组织协调项目全程管理工作，包括参与项目立项，负责项目策划及执行，对项目的变更、风险、问题等进行管理，负责项目
• 进度控制、质量控制、资源协调等，确保项目开发遵守GRAMMER产品开发系统（PDS）；
• 负责项目计划的制定、跟踪、推进与维护，确保项目按计划完成，并达成高质量交付；
• 定期与项目各方联系人报告项目进展以及项目过程中存在的问题，及时协调资源解决问题；
• 收集产品反馈信息，不断规范和改进产品项目管理工作，总结项目经理，对新员工进行培训；
• 管理产线转移项目，确保顺利高效的产品系列投产。

What qualifications do you bring with you?

• 本科学历，机械工程或相关专业，具备良好的技术理解力
• 8年以上汽车行业工作经验，熟悉汽车内饰件开发流程
• 对技术产品、客户要求和期望有良好的理解；熟悉座椅喷漆、焊接、冲压工艺等优先。
• 具备团队管理经验，具备项目投产管理经验，有研发经验者优先.
• 英语CET-4，可以使用英语作为工作语言。具备德语语言能力者优先.
• 熟练操作MS Office（尤其是MS Project和Excel）；
