Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Project Planning: Define project scope, establish measurable objectives, create work breakdown structures, and build detailed schedules.
• Resource & Budget Management: Monitor project costs, track expenses, allocate engineering personnel, and manage procurement processes.
• Technical Coordination: Coordinate tasks for engineers, designers, and sub-contractors while ensuring compliance with codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
• Risk & Change Control: Identify potential technical risks, maintain risk registers, and evaluate changes affecting scope, cost, or timelines.
• Communication & Reporting: Provide regular progress updates to leadership, host status meetings with stakeholders, and maintain accurate project documentation.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering discipline (e.g., Mechanical, Civil, Electrical) or Engineering Management.

• Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in engineering coordination or project execution.

• Skills: Strong proficiency in scheduling software (MS Project, Primavera), technical literacy (CAD, BIM, or PLM systems), and budget tracking.

• Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification is often preferred.
