What they need
Project Manager
We’re looking for a Project Manager with a strong background in commercial and healthcare projects. You'll oversee commercial construction projects, ensuring they’re delivered on time, within budget, and to spec.
What You'll Do:
- Oversee all phases of construction from precon to closeout
- Work closely with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
- Ensure projects meet quality, safety, and compliance standards
- Lead and mentor project teams and junior staff
What We're Looking For:
- Experience with healthcare projects
- Proven success managing commercial projects
- Strong understanding of construction documents, schedules, and budgeting
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
