KoderLabs is looking for a Project Manager.
-Job Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project management from ideation to ongoing support.
- Collaborate across functional teams for seamless delivery across multiple scrum teams.
- Act as the primary point of contact between teams and stakeholders.
- Implement Agile methodologies and manage sprint planning and retrospectives.
- Manage risk, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure timely project delivery.
- Oversee project budgeting and resource management for cost efficiency.
- Maintain quality and ensure projects meet business goals.
- Align stakeholders and teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure delivery excellence across multiple scrum teams and product lines.
- Job Specification
- BS/MS in Computer Science or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in Software Project Management.
- Strong Agile framework understanding and experience managing scrum teams.
- Proven leadership, communication, and multi-project management skills.
