Project Manager – Home Remodeling

Location: Nashville, TN
Salary: $70,000 annually + performance-based bonus
Language Requirement: Bilingual

We are seeking an organized and dependable Project Manager to oversee residential home remodeling projects throughout the Nashville area. This role is responsible for managing projects from start to finish, coordinating contractors and crews, communicating with homeowners, and ensuring each project is completed on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple residential remodeling projects from planning through completion
• Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, vendors, and construction crews
• Communicate regularly with homeowners regarding project timelines, progress, and updates
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, materials, and expenses
• Visit job sites to oversee progress and ensure quality workmanship
• Identify and resolve project delays, issues, or changes
• Maintain organized project documentation and records
• Ensure job sites follow company standards and applicable safety requirements
• Communicate effectively in both English and Spanish with clients and team members

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Previous experience in project management, construction, home remodeling, or a related field preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities at once
• Comfortable working both on job sites and handling administrative responsibilities
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Knowledge of residential construction and remodeling processes is a plus

Compensation

• $70,000 base salary
• Performance-based bonus opportunities
• Full-time position based in the Nashville area

Pay: $70,541.48 - $75,000.00 per year
