- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, managing expectations and providing regular status updates to ensure a positive experience.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams—including Product, Sales, and Support—to coordinate resources and resolve challenges proactively.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery.
- Identify opportunities to optimize processes and recommend best practices to clients.
- Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders, enabling informed decision-making.
- Monitor project progress, track key metrics, and report on outcomes to leadership and clients.
- Act as a mentor to junior project managers or team members, promoting knowledge sharing and collaboration.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- 7+ years of project management experience in enterprise software, technology, or SaaS implementations.
- Proven experience managing multiple complex projects simultaneously, with a track record of delivering on time and within scope.
- Strong understanding of software implementation lifecycles and technical integrations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Strong organizational skills, including proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Project).
- PMP, PMI-ACP, or other project management certifications preferred.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment and travel as needed.
- Demonstrated experience leveraging Impartner or managing partner channels preferred
