Project Manager

• 3-4 years of experience in IT Project Management.
• Strong experience in end-to-end project handling and successful project delivery.
• Experience managing IT development projects and technical teams.
• Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience handling enterprise projects.
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder-management skills.
• Good understanding of project planning, budgeting, risk management, and resource management.
• Hands-on experience with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or similar platforms.
• Experience conducting Scrum calls and managing sprint activities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience preparing and delivering client/project demos is preferred.

Role

• Manage IT projects end-to-end, from planning and execution to successful delivery.
• Independently handle client calls, meetings, discussions, and escalations.
• Manage project resources, task allocation, timelines, deliverables, and dependencies.
• Coordinate effectively with development, QA, business, and other internal teams.
• Conduct Scrum calls, daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Track project progress, risks, issues, scope, timelines, and budgets.
• Take ownership of project challenges and drive them toward resolution.
• Handle projects involving multiple stakeholders and enterprise-level requirements.
• Prepare and deliver demos and presentations to clients and stakeholders.
• Coordinate with the HR team whenever required.
• Ensure projects are delivered successfully while maintaining client expectations and project objectives.
• Handle projects that involve budget challenges, changing requirements, delays, or other delivery risks.
