Project Manager

Minimum Requirement:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 15 years of total experience, including at least 7 years in Facilities Management and 3 years of experience in managing schools and kindergarten facilities in projects of similar size and value within GCC countries.

· Strong leadership skills.

• Good understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems. Preferably accredited by QCDD.

Service Level Requirements

• Preferably Grade A classified by Kahramaa / competent authorities.
• Promotes teamwork ethics and possesses strong customer service skills.
• Demonstrated experience in financial management and client relationship management.
• Strong work administration and organizational skills.
• Good knowledge of Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental (QHSE) management systems and regulations.
• Experience in applying performance culture, innovation, and technology to achieve best results.
• Ability to plan, organize, and supervise more than one team and make decisive decisions.
• Ability to build relationships with management, workforce, suppliers, and clients.
• Highly proficient in computer applications, including:
• Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and experience in preparing proposals.

· Proficient in both Arabic and English, spoken and written in both Arabic and English (speaking and writing) with the ability to communicate ideas at all levels.

• Strong self-motivation and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Full compliance with international standards and local regulations related to facility maintenance.

Pay: QAR1.00 per month
