Project Manager

Cryotech IT Solutions provides dependable IT support and technology solutions to businesses throughout the Omaha metro area and across Nebraska. We work with organizations to coordinate technical projects, resolve IT challenges, deploy technology, and keep their operations running efficiently.

We are looking for an organized, proactive IT Project Manager to oversee client projects from initial planning through successful completion.

What You’ll Do

As an IT Project Manager, you will serve as the central point of coordination between Cryotech, our clients, technicians, vendors, and internal team. You’ll make sure projects stay organized, deadlines are met, communication remains clear, and clients receive a professional experience from start to finish.

Key responsibilities include:

• Manage IT projects from kickoff through completion
• Coordinate field technicians and technical resources
• Schedule technicians for client service requests and project deployments
• Communicate project expectations, timelines, and updates to clients
• Track project milestones, deliverables, deadlines, and outstanding tasks
• Assign and follow up on technician work orders
• Coordinate hardware installations, network projects, equipment deployments, upgrades, migrations, and other IT services
• Work with vendors and subcontractors when necessary
• Confirm technicians have the required project instructions and documentation before arriving onsite
• Track project progress and identify potential delays
• Escalate technical or operational issues when necessary
• Maintain accurate project records and client documentation
• Review completed work to ensure project requirements have been satisfied
• Coordinate multiple projects and service requests simultaneously
• Help improve internal project-management processes as Cryotech grows

What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable communicating with both clients and technical professionals, and capable of managing several moving parts at once.

Preferred qualifications:

• 2+ years of project management, IT coordination, field-service management, or similar experience
• Experience working with IT technicians, vendors, contractors, or field-service teams
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail
• Comfortable communicating directly with business clients
• Ability to solve problems and make decisions in a fast-moving environment
• Experience with project-management, ticketing, CRM, or field-service software
• General understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, hardware, and technical support is preferred

Experience That Would Be a Plus

Experience with any of the following is helpful but not necessarily required:

IT deployments, network installations, managed IT services, structured cabling, hardware installations, POS deployments, computer rollouts, telecommunications, field-service operations, vendor management, MSP environments, or nationwide/multi-location technology projects.
