About the Role

We are seeking a Project Manager based in Frankfurt to support selected luxury leather goods hardware development and manufacturing projects.

The role connects client requirements with product development, engineering, supplier coordination, quality, and production execution.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate selected hardware development projects from initial brief through production readiness.
• Manage project timelines, milestones, deliverables, and documentation.
• Coordinate product-development, engineering, quality, supplier, and manufacturing teams.
• Track sampling, validation, approvals, and production preparation.
• Identify potential schedule, quality, or execution risks.
• Support communication with European client teams.
• Coordinate engineering changes and development requirements.
• Support development-to-production handovers.

Qualifications

• Experience in project management, product development, engineering, manufacturing, operations, or supply chain.
• Experience in precision components, metal products, leather goods, accessories, or premium physical products is preferred.
• Strong project-planning and stakeholder-management capabilities.
• Good understanding of manufacturing and supplier workflows.
• Experience coordinating international projects is valued.
• German and English professional communication skills are preferred.
