Project Manager

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Preferably a Licensed Civil Engineer, Architect, or equivalent professional qualification.
• At least 5 years of experience in construction project management, preferably handling commercial, residential, fit-out, or similar projects.
• Proven experience in managing construction projects from planning through completion.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, project scheduling, cost control, and site operations.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and project documents.
• Strong leadership, coordination, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management/scheduling software.
• Willing to conduct regular site visits and work on-site as required.

Pay: Php35,000.00 - Php50,000.00 per month
