We are recruiting on behalf of a reputable client seeking a smart, articulate, and highly organised individual to join as a Project Manager. This is an urgent hire.

This opportunity is designed for a candidate who thrives on managing complex tasks, coordinating with multiple stakeholders, curating high-quality documents, and representing the organisation confidently in meetings and high-level engagements.

The role sits close to the leadership of the organisation and requires someone with a strong grasp of project management, stakeholder engagement, and exposure to NGO or internationally funded work environments.

The Opportunity

As a Project Manager, you will:

▪ Provide technical and administrative support to the leadership/management team on projects and initiatives.

▪ Coordinate and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, partners, and donors.

▪ Track, monitor, and support the execution of projects to ensure timelines and deliverables are met.

▪ Curate, prepare, and proofread reports, presentations, proposals, and other key documents.

▪ Represent the organisation at meetings, briefings, and engagements, where required.

▪ Support coordination around internationally funded programmes and donor-related engagements.

▪ Prepare briefing materials, talking points, and presentations for leadership.

▪ Manage correspondence, schedules, and follow-ups on action points from meetings.

▪ Handle sensitive and complex tasks with discretion, professionalism, and sound judgment.

▪ Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of projects and initiatives.

▪ Maintain accurate records of stakeholder engagements, projects, and programme activities.

▪ Provide regular updates and reports to leadership on ongoing projects and engagements.

Who We're Looking For

▪ A confident, articulate, and highly organised individual.

▪ Minimum of 3 years' proven experience in project management.

▪ Demonstrated experience in stakeholder management.

▪ Prior experience working with NGOs or in internationally funded programmes/projects.

▪ Strong presentation and communication skills.

▪ Ability to manage and prioritise complex, multi-faceted tasks.

▪ Strong document curation, writing, and proofreading skills.

▪ Comfortable and confident representing an organisation in meetings.

▪ High level of discretion, professionalism, and sound judgment.

▪ Excellent organisational and time-management skills.

▪ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other digital business tools.

▪ BSc in any relevant discipline.

▪ A project management certification is an added advantage.
