Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage projects from initiation to closure, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality results.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and stakeholder management.
- Prepare regular reports on project status, budgets, and performance metrics for clients.
- Develop project plans, monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 2-7 years of experience in social work or a related field (NGO/social services/industry associations).
- MBA/PGDM degree from a reputed institution (any specialization).
- Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong skills in client management, report writing, reporting analysis, strategic planning.
