Duties

• Manage project timelines through effective time management strategies, ensuring milestones are met without compromising quality.
• Oversee daily site activities to ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards; conduct regular site inspections.
• Utilize Bluebeam for document review and collaboration to facilitate seamless communication across teams.
• Track project progress using construction management software; update stakeholders regularly on status and potential risks.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in construction management or related roles with a strong understanding of construction processes and safety practices.
• Proficiency in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and civil design documentation.
• Knowledge of construction management best practices coupled with excellent time management skills.
• Strong communication skills for clear reporting and collaboration across teams.
• Relevant certifications or training in construction management or related fields are preferred but not mandatory.
