Project Manager

• Meeting with management to discuss project details, including scope, schedule, and budget.

• Understanding vision, mission and objectives of top management.

• Preparing weekly reports summarizing project status.

• Taking review of existing operating system and procedures.

• Finalization of operating procedures.

• Communicating with architects, engineers, suppliers, billing team and subcontractors and other construction professionals to ensure that all plans, materials and equipment are ordered in a timely manner to ensure that construction projects are completed on time and within budget.

• Coordination with MEP, structural and MOEF consultants.

• Monitoring material inventory levels and ordering additional materials when needed to ensure that construction tasks can be completed on time.

• Finalization of project plan and scheduling including quality and safety plan, providing budgets.

• Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements within the organization.

• Finalization of method statement and checklist for various activities.

• Monitoring quantitive and qualitative progress.

• Providing reports on possible bottlenecks in advance.

• Providing list of non-compliance.

• Providing details of corrective and preventive actions.

• Reconciliation

• Ensuring successful achievements of deliverables from various PMC agencies deployed at various sites.
