Project Manager

About the role

This is a hands-on project management role with a strong focus on building consents, Council compliance and project documentation. You'll take ownership of managing the project from consent application through to completion of the project.

Key responsibilities

• Managing building consent applications from start to finish
• Preparing and submitting Council documentation and responding to RFIs
• Coordinating Council inspections and compliance requirements
• Creating site plans and sediment control plans
• Coordinating pool installation teams, contractors and site schedules
• Completing site visits and pool mark-outs
• Keeping clients, contractors and our team informed
• Managing project timelines, materials and logistics
• Identifying issues early and keeping projects on track

About you

• Organised, practical and confident dealing with people
• Enjoy keeping multiple moving parts under control
• Project management or construction experience
• Experience working with Councils, building consents or compliance is a big advantage
• Experience with site planning software, Microsoft Office, Xero or similar systems is helpful
• Current NZ driver's licence is required
