Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

a) Project Leadership & Delivery

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of strategic and transformation initiatives across the organization.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, resource requirements and governance structures.
• Manage project scope, timelines, dependencies, risks, issues, assumptions and change requests.
• Ensure projects are delivered within agreed objectives, timelines, quality standards and budgets.
• Drive accountability across project teams and stakeholders to achieve project outcomes.

b) Transformation & Change Management

• Support the delivery of business transformation initiatives involving process, people, technology and operating model changes.
• Facilitate requirements gathering, solution reviews, decision-making workshops and stakeholder discussions.
• Coordinate business readiness, training, communications and adoption activities to support successful implementation.
• Monitor and track realization of project objectives and business outcomes.

c) Stakeholder Management

• Partner closely with business leaders, technology teams, operations, risk, compliance and external vendors.
• Prepare and present project updates, risk assessments and recommendations to senior management and governance committees.
• Establish strong relationships across functions to drive alignment and timely decision-making.

d) Governance, Reporting & Controls

• Implement appropriate project governance and reporting frameworks.
• Produce quality project documentation including project charters, status reports, risk registers, issue logs and steering committee materials.
• Monitor project performance and proactively identify corrective actions when required.
• Manage project financials, resource utilization and vendor deliverables where applicable.

Educational Qualifications & Years of Relevant Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Systems, Technology or related discipline.
• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum Master or equivalent certification preferred.
• Minimum 7–12 years of project management experience delivering complex business and technology initiatives.
• Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholders.
• Proven track record of managing projects from initiation through implementation and post-go-live stabilization.
• Experience managing external vendors, consultants and delivery partners.
• Strong experience in project governance, executive reporting and stakeholder management.
• Experience within financial services, capital markets, banking or related industries.
• Experience delivering CRM-related projects or customer transformation initiatives.
• Experience in digital transformation, process improvement, automation, data or AI-related initiatives.
