Project Manager

Establish and manage project governance, communication plans, escalation processes, and reporting cadence. Facilitate discovery workshops, requirements-gathering sessions, solution reviews, and stakeholder alignment meetings.Drive project planning, milestone tracking, risk management, dependency management, and issue resolution.Develop and maintain project plans, RAID logs, status reports, decision logs, action trackers, and executive updates.Coordinate solution design, integration assessments, security reviews, testing activities, deployment readiness, and customer sign-offs.Manage scope, change requests, assumptions, and commercial impacts throughout the engagement lifecycle.Lead customer-facing steering committees, governance meetings, and executive review sessions.Ensure successful completion of UAT, production readiness reviews, cutover planning, go-live activities, and hypercare support. Drive collaboration between business, product, engineering, and operational teams to meet customer expectations and delivery commitments. Required Experience 12+ years of Project/Program Management experience leading enterprise technology implementations. Proven experience managing customer-facing software implementation, integration, or digital transformation projects.Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage executives, business users, and technical teams.Experience managing distributed delivery teams, third-party vendors, and multi-organization programs.Strong knowledge of project governance, SDLC, Agile/Hybrid delivery methodologies, risk management, and change control.Experience with requirements management, system integrations, testing, deployment planning, and production cutovers.
