Project Manager

Duties

• Develop comprehensive project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocations using tools like Primavera P6 and HeavyBid.
• Read and interpret construction blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate project execution.
• Coordinate with design teams to review schematics and ensure alignment with project goals.
• Manage project timelines effectively through strong time management skills, ensuring milestones are met consistently.
• Oversee construction estimating processes to prepare accurate cost projections and bids.
• Utilize construction management software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, and Civil 3D to track progress, document issues, and communicate updates.
• Lead project meetings, monitor safety protocols, and resolve issues promptly to keep projects on track.

Requirements

• Proven experience in construction management or a related field with a solid understanding of heavy civil or commercial projects.
• Proficiency in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and construction estimating techniques.
• Strong knowledge of construction management software including ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, Civil 3D, HeavyBid, and other relevant tools.

Pay: $19.00-$23.00 per hour
