Role Description This full-time, on-site Project Manager role is based in Cincinnati, OH. The Project Manager will oversee planning, scheduling, and execution of installation projects for robotics, racking systems, and automation solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating cross-functional teams, managing timelines and budgets, tracking materials and equipment, and ensuring quality and safety standards are met on-site. The role also involves communicating with clients and stakeholders, resolving project issues, and preparing regular status reports and documentation. The Project Manager will work closely with logistics, expediting, and inspection functions to keep projects on track and aligned with client expectations.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
• Candidates should possess Expeditor and Expediting skills to manage material flow, follow up on deliveries, and remove bottlenecks in project timelines.
• Candidates should possess Inspection skills to verify installation quality, adherence to specifications, and compliance with safety standards.
• Candidates should possess Logistics Management skills to coordinate transportation, warehousing, and on-site material handling.
• Relevant experience in industrial installation, automation, or warehouse systems is highly beneficial.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams and clients.
• Proficiency with project management tools and basic office software; familiarity with construction or installation documentation is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to work on-site in Cincinnati, OH and travel to project locations as needed.
