  • Communicate clearly and consistently with Lutek management, GCs, architects, subcontractors, and field personnel.

  • Coordinate with production to ensure materials are ordered and produced accurately and on time.
  • Anticipate and resolve issues that may impact the timely and successful completion of projects.
  • Ensure window coverings are installed per plans and specifications, functioning properly, and to the customer’s satisfaction.
  • Other responsibilities and duties as assigned.

  • Ability to read and understand construction contracts, drawings, and specifications.
  • Excellent time management skills; comfortable working under pressure with firm deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with internal staff across all departments, contractors, architects, and field personnel.
  • Ability to maintain positive working relationships with customers and GCs through effective communication and proactive issue resolution.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to retain and manage a high volume of information across multiple concurrent projects.
