Key Responsibilities

As an integral part of our team, you will:
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets

Coordinate and collaborate with contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution

Monitor progress, identify and mitigate risks, and implement corrective actions as needed

Manage project documentation, including reports, meeting minutes, and change requests

Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, safety standards, and company policies

Communicate project status and updates to senior management and clients

Provide leadership and support to project team members

What we're looking for

Degree in Engineering, preferably in Civil/Structural Engineering, recognised by the PE Board.

Minimum 5 years’ work experience in a project management role in A&A / New Build, experience with heritage buildings is an advantage.

Strong project management skills, including the ability to develop and execute project plans, budgets, and schedules

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Proficiency in project management software and tools

Thorough understanding of construction processes, regulations, and safety requirements

Ability to work effectively in a team environment and lead cross-functional projects

Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities
