该职位来源于猎聘 工作职责 Responsibilities 1. 全面负责中国区工业自动化项目的端到端全周期管理，包括范围、进度、成本与质量。 Lead industrial automation projects in China end-to-end, covering scope, schedule, cost, and quality from development to launch.

• 主导并协调本地合作伙伴（供应商、ODM、制造、测试与认证实验室）的执行工作。 Steer execution with local Chinese partners including suppliers, ODM partners, manufacturing, and test labs.
• 在矩阵式组织中高效协作，职能上向德国经理汇报，并与工程、质量、采购、运营等职能协同。 Work effectively in a matrix, reporting functionally to a Germany-based manager and collaborating across engineering, quality, purchasing, and operations.
• 确保项目规划与执行符合公司产品导入流程（PIP），包括治理结构、模板、里程碑与汇报机制。 Ensure project planning and execution align with the Product Introduction Process (PIP), including governance, templates, milestones, and reporting.
• 在层级分明的干系人环境中协调期望、适时升级、推动决策，并维护信任关系。 Navigate a hierarchical stakeholder environment by aligning expectations, escalating appropriately, and driving decisions while maintaining strong relationships.
• 为德国职能负责人提供清晰的英文项目状态报告，并与本地干系人及合作伙伴保持透明沟 通。 Provide clear English status reports to the functional lead in Germany and ensure transparent communication with local stakeholders and partners.
• 与德国项目管理负责人密切协同，确保与全球项目组合在治理、优先级与升级机制上的一致性。 Maintain close alignment with the Head of Project Management in Germany to ensure consistent governance, prioritization, and escalation.
• 灵活运用传统、敏捷或混合项目管理方法，建立稳健的风险、变更与问题管理机制。 Apply classic, agile, or hybrid project management methods and ensure robust risk, change, and issue management. 9. 严谨维护项目文档体系，确保中德两地信息可双向追溯。 Maintain disciplined project documentation to ensure traceability across China and Germany.
• 作为成都本地项目对接负责人，全面统筹内部跨职能协同（涵盖研发、软硬件/固件开发、质量管理、生产制造及供应链）与外部合作伙伴的战略对接，确保项目资源高效整合与信息流精准贯通。 Act as the local point of contact in Chengdu and the interface between internal functions (R&D, HW/SW/FW, quality, manufacturing, supply chain) and external partner companies.
• 撰写决策文件和管理层汇报材料，组织协调会议与研讨会。 Prepare decision papers and management presentations; drive alignment meetings and workshops.
• 主持讨论、建设性解决冲突，并与合作伙伴协商达成可行方案。 Moderate discussions, resolve conflicts constructively, and negotiate workable solutions with partners.
• 持续优化项目治理与协作机制，保障中德项目高效推进。 Continuously improve project governance and collaboration routines to support effective execution across China and Germany.

任职要求 Requirements 1. 本科及以上学历（工程、商科、供应链或相关专业）。 Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering, business, supply chain, or a related field.

• 多年中国项目管理经验，优先考虑工业自动化/电子行业背景。 Several years of project management experience in China, ideally in industrial automation or electronics.
• 具备外部合作伙伴（供应商/ODM/合同制造）项目经验。 Experience managing projects involving external partners such as suppliers, ODM, or contract manufacturing.
• 对工业自动化产品（如传感器、嵌入式电子、工业通信/网络）及研发到量产生命周期有技术理解。 Good technical understanding of industrial automation products and their development-to-production lifecycle. 5. 具备工业产品质量、合规及认证协调经验者优先。 Experience in quality, compliance, and certification coordination for industrial products is an advantage.
• 熟练掌握项目管理工具与方法（规划、RAID、变更控制、干系人管理），有认证者优先。 Strong PM toolbox including planning, RAID, change control, and stakeholder management; certification is a plus.
• 普通话流利，英语优良，可进行结构化汇报与跨国沟通。 Fluent Mandarin and strong English for structured reporting and cross-border alignment.
• 能够不定期前往德国出差，参与项目研讨与干系人协调。 Willingness to travel occasionally to Germany for project workshops and stakeholder alignment.
• 在层级式架构中自信、可信，善于使用非职权影响力。 Self-confident and credible in hierarchical environments; able to influence without direct authority.
• 出色的跨组织领导与协作能力，务实解决问题，精准判断升级与决策路径。 Strong leadership and facilitation skills across boundaries; pragmatic with good judgment on escalation and decision paths.
• 恪守诚信，具备文化敏感度与协同思维，弥合中德双方期望差异。 High integrity, cultural sensitivity, and a collaborative mindset to bridge expectations between Chinese and German stakeholders.
