Project manager

We are looking for a motivated Project Manager with 1–3 years of experience to coordinate projects from planning through completion. The candidate will manage schedules, monitor progress, communicate with stakeholders, and help ensure projects are delivered on time and according to requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop project plans, timelines and task lists.
• Coordinate activities between internal teams, clients and vendors.
• Assign tasks and follow up on deadlines.
• Organize meetings and prepare meeting notes.
• Monitor project progress, risks and outstanding issues.
• Prepare regular status reports for management.
• Maintain project documents and records.
• Support budget and resource tracking.
• Escalate delays or problems to management.
• Ensure deliverables meet agreed quality requirements.
• Assist with project closure and performance evaluation.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, project management or a related field.
• 1–3 years of project-management or project-coordination experience.
• Strong planning, organization and time-management skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
