HIRING – PROJECT MANAGER
We are currently looking for an experienced Project Manager to join an international project team in Banten, Indonesia.
Location: Banten, Indonesia

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related fields.
• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager or equivalent managerial position.
• Mandatory: Proven project management experience in Indonesia, with a strong understanding of local construction practices and project execution.
• Able to communicate in Mandarin, English, and Indonesian for daily work.
• Mandarin communication skills are highly preferred.
• Experience in industrial estates, factories, high-rise buildings, infrastructure, data centers, or large-scale construction projects is preferred.
• Familiar with Indonesian construction regulations, technical standards, permits, and project implementation procedures.
• Strong knowledge of project cost control, scheduling, risk management, and contract management.
• Able to read and understand technical drawings, specifications, BOQ, and contract documents.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, AutoCAD, and other project management tools.
• PMP, IPMA, SKK Konstruksi, or internationally recognized project management certification is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, coordination, negotiation, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to work on-site and travel or relocate according to project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the project from planning, execution, monitoring, to final handover.
• Prepare and monitor project schedules, budgets, and execution plans.
• Ensure project delivery meets quality, schedule, cost, and safety targets.
• Coordinate with owners, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and government authorities.
• Lead project teams and daily project operations.
• Manage project risks, cost control, procurement, and contract-related matters.
• Monitor construction quality and compliance with Indonesian standards and regulations.
• Prepare regular project progress, cost, and risk reports for management.
• Lead project coordination meetings and ensure effective implementation of decisions.
• Resolve technical and managerial issues during project execution.
