Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Construction Project Manager to lead and manage construction projects from planning through completion. The Project Manager will be responsible for overall project execution, including schedule, quality, safety, manpower, subcontractors, materials.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience managing multistory/high-rise construction projects and be capable of leading multidisciplinary site teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete construction project from mobilization to handover.
• Develop and monitor project schedules, milestones, and construction targets.
• Coordinate with consultants, architects, engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams.
• Ensure construction work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and contractual requirements.
• Monitor project progress, productivity, manpower, materials, and equipment.
• Control project costs and monitor budgets to minimize unnecessary expenditure.
• Review and coordinate shop drawings, method statements, material approvals, and technical submissions.
• Ensure proper planning and execution of structural, architectural, MEP, and finishing works.
• Identify project risks, delays, and technical issues and implement corrective actions.
• Monitor the performance of subcontractors and suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with HSE, quality, and environmental requirements.
• Conduct regular site meetings and coordinate action plans.
• Prepare and review progress reports for senior management/client representatives.
• Manage project documentation, records, variations, and correspondence.
• Coordinate inspections, testing, commissioning, and project handover.
• Ensure the project is completed within the approved time, cost, quality, and safety requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 8–12 years of construction experience, with significant experience in project management.
• Proven experience managing multistory/high-rise building projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, project planning, and contract administration.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing subcontractors, consultants, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Good knowledge of construction safety and quality standards.
• Proficiency in MS Project/Primavera P6, AutoCAD, MS Excel, and MS Office is preferred.

Pay: Rs130,000.00 - Rs160,000.00 per month
