Project Manager – Residential & Mixed-Use Developments

Location: Adamstown or Saggart, Dublin

Salary: €100,000–€110,000 + Bonus + Pension

We are currently recruiting experienced Project Managers on behalf of a leading developer for major residential and mixed-use developments in West Dublin .

These are senior project leadership positions offering the opportunity to take ownership of the delivery of large-scale developments from pre-construction through to completion and handover .

As Project Manager, you will be responsible for the overall coordination and delivery of the development, ensuring it is completed safely, on programme, within budget and to a high-quality standard .

You will lead a multidisciplinary project team and work closely with Design, Commercial and Development teams, alongside consultants, contractors and key external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of large-scale residential and mixed-use developments through all project stages.
• Manage programme, commercial performance, quality, safety and project risk.
• Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team of approximately 8 direct staff .
• Coordinate architects, engineers, consultants, contractors and specialist subcontractors.
• Work closely with the Commercial team on budgets, procurement and cost control.
• Monitor project programmes and implement recovery plans where required.
• Drive value engineering while maintaining quality and design intent.
• Ensure effective design coordination, buildability and statutory compliance.
• Oversee quality assurance, commissioning and final project handover.
• Chair project meetings and provide clear reporting on progress, programme and risk.
• Maintain strong relationships with internal teams, consultants, contractors and statutory bodies.
• Ensure compliance with Irish Building Regulations, BCAR and relevant construction legislation .

The Ideal Candidate

• Strong experience delivering large-scale/high-rise residential or mixed-use developments .
• Previous experience with a developer or main contractor .
• Proven experience managing multidisciplinary project teams.
• Strong commercial, contractual and programme management experience.
• Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong knowledge of Irish construction practices, Building Regulations and BCAR.
• Degree qualified in Construction Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying or a related discipline, or equivalent industry experience.
