• End-to-End Project Responsibility: Together with customer stakeholders, you manage SAP CX projects from the kick-off phase to a successful Go-Live—using both traditional and agile methodologies.
• Team Leadership: You guide and coordinate cross-functional development teams throughout all project phases.

Your Talents

• Relevant Experience: 3 to 5 years of professional experience in project management, ideally within the Customer Experience (CX) environment.
• Education & Certifications: A degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Business Administration, or equivalent qualification; relevant certifications (e.g., PMI, PRINCE2, Scrum Master) are an advantage.
• Language Skills: Professional working proficiency in English (written and spoken); German language skills are needed
• Delivery Management: Ensures full compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) while guaranteeing high quality, efficiency, and profitability across all delivered services for assigned client accounts.
• Contract & Operational Oversight: Continuously monitors contractual fulfillment and ensures operational standards are met.
• Stakeholder Management & Escalations: Leads critical client communications, fosters strong relationships with key decision-makers, and manages high-priority escalations down to sustainable resolution.
• Support Coordination & Issue Prioritization: Oversees support ticket handling and orchestrates smooth collaboration between the customer, support organization, and internal delivery units—prioritizing urgent issues to secure coordinated, swift problem-solving.
• Risk Management: Proactively identifies operational and financial risks early, coordinating resolution strategies and keeping transparent communication channels open throughout the process.
• Reporting & Service Reviews: Prepares structured, regular service reports and leads recurring Service Review Meetings with client executives.
• Soft Skills: Strong team spirit, empathy, cultural adaptability, and a detail-oriented approach to project execution.
• Nice-to-Have Qualifications
• AI Technology Experience: Hands-on experience or familiarity with integrating AI technologies / AI-driven workflows within project deliverables or operations.
• Customer Care Background: Prior experience working in or closely with Customer Care / Service Operations structures.
• Knowledge on Agile & Scrum Methodologies
