GreenArrow is growing, and we're looking for experienced Project Managers to lead electrical and infrastructure construction projects across our family of companies. From preconstruction planning through project closeout, you'll play a critical role in delivering infrastructure that keeps communities connected and moving.

In this role you'll:

• Lead electrical and infrastructure construction projects from start to finish
• Manage project schedules, budgets, forecasting, and financial performance
• Coordinate field teams, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors
• Build strong relationships with customers, inspectors, and project stakeholders
• Drive safety, quality, and operational excellence across every phase of the project
• Identify risks early and proactively solve problems
• Mentor project teams while helping improve processes and project execution

We're looking for someone with:

• 3+ years of Project Management experience in electrical construction or infrastructure
• Experience managing project budgets, schedules, estimating, and documentation
• Working knowledge of electrical systems, OSHA requirements, NEC, and construction best practices
• Experience using Procore, Microsoft Project, or similar project management software
• Strong communication, leadership, and client relationship skills
• The ability to manage multiple projects without compromising safety or quality
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• PMP certification is a plus but not required.
