About the Role:
Premiere Systems specializes in A/V, lighting, shading, automation, and networks. We are expanding our operations team and seeking a Project Manager. This role is heavily focused on coordination, communication, organization, and helping projects stay on track behind the scenes.

What You’ll Do:

• Own projects from sale through completion, ensuring the client’s vision becomes a successful finished solution.
• Coordinate teams, timelines, materials, and resources to keep projects on track and within scope.
• Partner across Sales, Design, Operations, and Installation to ensure clear communication and seamless execution.
• Conduct site visits and quality checks to maintain project standards and address issues proactively.
• Manage project financials and procurement, ensuring accurate billing and timely product ordering.
• Deliver an exceptional client experience, including final walkthroughs, demonstrations, and project handoffs.
• Step in where needed to support installations, solve problems, and keep projects moving forward.

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of experience in administrative support, coordination, operations, or the A/V industry
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer systems.
• Valid driver’s license and insurance.
• Positive attitude, team-player mindset, and willingness to learn.
