RBKS Construction Ltd. is a growing construction company delivering primarily Commercial projects throughout the Edmonton area. We are seeking an experienced and driven Project Manager who thrives in a hands-on environment and wants direct involvement with company leadership. This is an opportunity to take ownership of projects from pre-construction through completion while working closely with the company’s Owners and contributing to continued growth.

What You’ll Do

• Lead projects from pre-construction to completion
• Review drawings, specifications, and project scope
• Prepare estimates, budgets, and bid submissions
• Manage labour, materials, equipment, and scheduling
• Coordinate field operations and conduct site meetings
• Communicate directly with Owners, consultants, and clients
• Monitor project costs, forecast budgets, and maintain profitability
• Support billing, documentation, and close-out processes

What We’re Looking For

• 5 years Project Management experience
• 10 years construction industry experience
• Strong Construction Management background
• Commercial construction experience preferred
• Rehabilitation, Retrofit, and/or Building Envelope experience is an asset
• Ability to confidently read and interpret construction drawings
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Valid driver’s license with clean abstract and reliable transportation
