Project Manager

Job Summary

EMR and Medical Clinic setup experience highly preferred. We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Project Manager to lead and oversee complex EMR and clinical infrastructure implementation projects from inception to completion.

In this role, you will coordinate project activities, manage teams, vendors, utilities, insurances, and ensure that all projects adhere to schedules, budgets, and regulatory standards. Your expertise in project management software, scheduling tools, and technical expertise will drive project success while maintaining safety and quality standards. Duties

• Lead the planning, execution, and closing of clinical EMR projects, ensuring alignment with client specifications, budgets, and timelines.
• Develop detailed project schedules using a project management software; coordinate EMR implementation schedule activities across teams.
• Manage project budgets by tracking costs, forecasting expenditures, and implementing cost control measures utilizing estimating tools.
• Oversee site operations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and environmental standards.
• Review EMR integration and transition plans, and ensure all plans are accurate and up-to-date for project execution.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, engineers, and clients to facilitate seamless communication and project progress.
• Manage contracts, change orders, and procurement processes.
• Monitor project progress regularly; prepare detailed reports on milestones achieved, potential risks, and mitigation strategies.
• Lead project teams by assigning tasks effectively, managing time efficiently, and fostering a collaborative work environment focused on quality delivery.
• Ensure all new clinic setup activities adhere to local regulations and industry standards for regulatory compliance.

Experience

• Proven experience managing EMR Healthcare IT projects from start to finish.
• Extensive knowledge of implementation scheduling techniques using Slack or similar tools; ability to coordinate multiple schedules simultaneously.
• Demonstrated ability to manage project budgets effectively while maintaining quality standards.
• Hands-on experience with EMR platforms
• Solid understanding of healthcare IT regulations, safety protocols, and environmental compliance requirements.
• Experience reading integration charts and IT manuals
• Excellent leadership skills in managing teams on-site; capable of motivating staff while ensuring adherence to safety policies.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in fast-paced environments.

Pay: $52,649.72 - $63,406.11 per year
